Your information

When you join our launch list, we save your email address, signup date and source, and a record of your consent. We use these to confirm your signup and send BELIEVE collection news and offers with your consent. Joining does not place an order or reserve a jacket.

To help prevent automated signups, we also keep temporary hashed technical records with an hourly expiry, based on our legitimate interest in protecting the service.

If you contact us, we use your name, email address and message to respond to your enquiry, based on our legitimate interest in providing customer support. Your message is delivered through Resend to our Gmail inbox. Contacting us does not add you to our mailing list.

Services we use

OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare provide our website hosting and signup storage. Resend receives your email address to deliver your welcome confirmation; we keep records of sending attempts and the delivery reference. Email open and click tracking are disabled.

How long we keep it

We keep your signup details until you unsubscribe or the launch list is no longer needed. We review the list annually and remove information we no longer need. We retain enquiry correspondence only as long as needed to handle it and any related follow-up, reviewing it annually. We may keep a minimal opt-out record so we can honour your choice not to receive marketing.

Your choices

You can withdraw consent at any time using the unsubscribe link in a BELIEVE email, by emailing us, or by replying. This does not affect earlier lawful use of your information. Unsubscribing excludes your address from future launch announcements and marketing emails.

You can also ask to access, correct or delete your information, or request restriction or portability where applicable. You have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.
